Summary: Location superb , clean and great buffet breakfast. I enjoyed the hotel frebbies like heat patch, face mask and other skin care products. I love the toilet too

Summary: I am still trying to figure out why I have an extra charge on my bill. Plus, during check out, a total stranger's dinner bill was added to my check-out bill, something that was removed after I complained about it. But that was something that I shouldn't have had to worry about if management had done the due diligence. I also have pictures of a messy bed and shower area, even before check-in. There is NO profanity or actual charges in this review.

Summary: The socket in between bed is not working, when taking a shower water is coming. Bathrobe is dirty. Floor egde is so dusty amd dirty. The bed had hair on it. That's the only picture. I took. However; I did talked to the front desk clerk about it.

Summary: Bed is firm and beddings a bit dusty. We appreciate the water bottles. Buffet breakfast is mid. Terminal 3 walkway a bit far if you have luggage.
