Negative: Mostly good. We had a check in snafu and they were helpful but took them a while to find our reservation.

Positive: The hotel and the room were immaculate and very clean. The location was great.

Negative: The lighting in the room was too dim. There was not a microwave in the room. There was not a cart to roll our luggage to the room. And, the website said that there would be a free breakfast, which was not true. There is a cost for breakfast.

Positive: Beautiful facility, confy beds, I love how the lobby smell when u walk in! Kids loved the indoor pool. Close to 2 big malls in a high class area.

Positive: The property was luxurious and I enjoyed the room services. If we needed toilet paper or trash bags, or housekeeping, staff were quick to tend to those needs.

Negative: No free parking for hotel residents, 2 out of 4 elevators were broken on check out day so elevator wait times were long, almost 5 minutes. The refrigerator was also very very tiny, could fit maybe a few water bottles.
