Summary: The customer service was great and attentive. The property itself needs some upkeep for my taste. There was a lot of dust and wall grime in my room. There were noticeable areas in the room that were poorly sealed over that is not nice to look at. And the hallway carpets carry an odor. Sounds critical but when you go to lay down to rest and look around, these things creeped me out a bit

Summary: Rick the bartender was great amd so was the front desk staff. Only issue, a big one, maid walked in on me naked at 9:25 am on check out day….she knocked and opened the door almost immediately. She and the other couple walking by got a great view

Summary: The best part of our stay was the excellent welcome we received from all of the staff. The front desk helped us find a good dinner spot to eat. The bell helped us get in and out of the building with our wheelchair.

Summary: Very clean property and amazing staff for my short stay! I would book again. One of the elevators going out of order was the only minor issue that occurred but it did not derail my entire experience.

Summary: The hotel lobby is designed beautifully.It is spacious and welcoming.Excellent restaurant to dine in.Room was clean,bedsheets snow white and did not smell like bleach like in most of the other hotels.Very quiet with no disturbances during our stay.Useful amenities.My children enjoyed the pool,watching FIFA WORLD CUP in the lobby.Location is great and very close to Metro.Professional staff 24/7.We loved it!
