Summary: My wife and I booked a 2 night mini getaway. We just wanted to relax by the beach/pool. The room I booked described a "balcony" . The last time we stayed here (1-2yrs ago) we enjoyed a balcony with chairs you could set out on. They are replacing those balcony's with a smaller one that you can barely stand on. The place was only 15-20% booked at best. The website did say there would be construction on these balcony's during the weekdays from 9-5. We were put in a room on the 3rd floor where the construction was going on on the balcony next door. There were plenty of rooms in the other tower that had a full balcony and no construction. Housekeeping came on the second day at 5:30pm. We were taking an afternoon "nap" when she tapped on the door with her card, waited 2 seconds and entered our room. No "Housekeeping" yell, just tap and walk in.

Summary: Stayed on 10th floor - AC unit turns on and sounds like a plane landing. Construction on 1/2 of the balconies - way yo nosey all day!

Summary: This hotel was very nice, clean, the staff were polite and pleasant. Check in/ out was easy. Room was very clean. One thing cute to mention, they put my name on the TV to welcome you in! We came for the hurricane surf and caught some waves right outside of the hotel. Pool was great and they have a hot. Great view of the beach. Would recommend more pillows on the bed but room quality was nice, everything updated and working how it should. We would stay here again. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Summary: We've stayed at this hotel for years, and I think it is definitely showing its age. Although, to be fair, I think they are in the midst of revamping the hotel. The A/C was off and we had to call down to get someone to come into our room at 10pm to turn the unit on... but the gentleman did get there pretty fast. Their staff was fine, but the room was very... meh. I think the pool is small for the size of the hotel, and there is wear and tear, but it was fine.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The food and drinks were great. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony area. Beach access was super convenient, just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. What really stood out was the customer service, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Great Hotel..love the idea is by the beach..super convenient having a restaurant in the hotel..lots of hot and cold food lots of varieties..front desk super nice..overall Great experience definitely will come back.
