Summary: Toilet in room kept getting stuck and tank would not refill. Grime all over tiles and bathroom grout.

Summary: I can't to say how incredible the staff were at the Hotel compassion and support and went above and beyond what I would imagine any hotel doing. Our room was breathtaking absolutely perfect in every way. The food the drinks the atmosphere the beach everything was spot on. My husband booked this trip for my birthday for a day as I am battling an aggressive form of breast cancer and haven't been able to get out of the house other than going to doctors for the last year being at this hotel even though it was only 25 minutes from our house meant absolutely the world to me and I can't tell the hotel staff enough how much I appreciate everything they did to make my stay as easy as possible

Summary: The best part of our stay was the location. We had a beach view and beach access. Room service was disappointing. Just a simple thing such as asking for two coffee cups and only getting one--especially with a 22% gratuity and $4 delivery charge added--left us wishing we had walked across the street to McDonald's. Our anniversary dinner was equally lackluster. Even after returning the steak to the kitchen, the cook on the steak was never right. Our server was pleasant, however. Overall, the next time we search for an oceanside hotel, it will not be this one.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Melbourne. The staff were really friendly, and the property was really clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn’t have any microwaves in the rooms nor did they have a community microwave for us to use. We were traveling with. 2 younger children, who never finish their meals. It would have been nice to be able to heat their leftovers up somewhere.
