Summary: I had no Wi-Fi in my room I could not watch TV. I didn’t like it at all.

Summary: The staff were friendly. Hotel had a nice atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable. I gave only 4 stars because as a hotel next to the hospital, the showers only have a fixed shower head not a hand held. We needed a hand held shower head after a surgery and the few rooms that offer them were booked up. Also I don’t feel this hotel should be charging for parking. There is ample parking on property in an area that is a suburb. Otherwise if you have a car to move around, this location is fine if you want to be in the Kendall/Dadeland area. There is also a lake across the road with a path that people walk/run around for exercise. Would stay again.

Summary: Room was very clean! Pillows not comfortable and the biggest issue was that the bathroom door was a sliding door that had 1 inch gaps on each side!

Summary: We requested a king bed. We got a king bed, a wall rack of weights, a peloton and other work out equipment. The room smelled. They were able wed to switch us to a normal king size room. We were told hotels.com picked the room for us!?!
