Positive: Clean rooms and comfortable bed, staff was helpfull and always there if you ever need anything. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was delicious I would definitely come back.

Negative: We expected the corner room to be bigger, but it’s fine.

Positive: Our room in the North Tower was immaculate. House keeping services were exceptional. Food was wonderful.
Negative: Side entrance to the North Tower next to the smoking area facing the parking lot was filthy. There was garbage & food all over the ground around the garbage can and on the walkway leading from the door.

Negative: Pool closed Saturday evening. We understand that’s beyond the properties control but it is disappointing. Really dislike the parking approach of using a third party. VERY inconvenient.
Summary: Would stay here again. Would be exceptional if the parking was included and we didn’t have to use aQR to register
