Positive: It was in a good location, it was clean and fancy. The river view was amazing

Negative: The only thing I would say is that in my room, it was really cold even though I had the temperature on heat at the highest temperature. I did contact reception and they sent someone over but it was never fixed. Other than that everything was perfect

Positive: Not so much, didn't get my hilton honor points, they set me as a no show while they knew I was comming in past midnight and there was a blizzard so evrything took longer, then they charged me to much, so know I have to rectify that.......

Negative: Waiting times at breakfast are terrible, the employees are so busy that they can not greet you and wheb they do they tell you 10 minutes while tables are empty and it takes them almost half an hour to seat you, normally you would walk away and eat somewhere else but we already paid with the reservation for breakfast.
