Positive: If you are going to an event at CHI Arena, the location is perfect! I loved that we could just walk through the skyway to get there.
Negative: All we could see out our window was the roof and windows to other rooms. It was depressing. Also, the front desk staff were rude, and it was all overpriced.

Positive: We went to the concert across the street at CHI Health Center and it was very convenient. Used the skywalk to get in when doors opened. and walked across the street when concert ended.
Negative: The elevators got busy. Totally understandable with the concert.
Summary: We were totally happy with the hotel, stay and walking to restaurants nearby.
