Positive: The hotel concierge was very helpful. The cleaning service was good. Good breakfast.
Negative: The executive room was not functional. Shower very small and water gets out. The hair dryer can't be used. A very regular room for the price.

Negative: I hate how the Hilton nickel and dimes you and really overcharges for their food. Also. Only MTV music available on TV. You can do better than that!

Positive: impressive hotel lobby - and that's mostly it :(
Negative: * this Hotel is max 4stars! * cleanliness for "5*" unacceptable * staff not trained for 5* (missing politeness for 5*) * booked week in advance - arrived late with small kids (10pm) - our room was not ready - no apologies - no make up / upgrade - had to wait for almost an hour until beds were ready for our kids to go sleep * we stated that we are celebrating my wife's bday many times - no bday greeting card / no cake / no nothing (at sheraton, kempinski, ritz - this goes without saying) * overcrowded / fully packed breakfast area * quite small wellness / pool area for this hotel size
