Summary: Everything was great. I had a very pleasant stay and the service was excellent. Specially the team at the front desk- one a girl in particular named Nancy- was extremely helpful and helped me get everything sorted. Would highly recommend!

Summary: Our stay was fantastic due to the great customer service provided by Ms. Nada Khaled in the front desk who checked us in & by the great concierge; Mr. Mahmood. And special thanks to Ms. Rabab & her supervisor Shaima who kept our room clean the entire visit. The facility was huge with many amenities. We highly recommend it.

Summary: I Don’t blame the hotel for its location. The hotel and staff are great. The food was great and they were super helpful. Alcoholic drinks hardly contain alcohol so order a double.
