Summary: Check in staff were curt, hotel room was in part of hotel that was not renovated, hallway carpet was old and dirty. Food at the restaurant was poor quality

Summary: The hotel was very aesthetically beautiful! It was also very nice & clean. The staff were friendly and professional. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Summary: Half hour to check in is totally unacceptable for the prices they are calling. Even in priority line. Loads of used dishes and very dirty in hallways in front of rooms. No anemities whatsoever in room. Noise on the floor. The only good thing was the good bed.

Summary: We enjoyed the proximity to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was convenient. We had dinner there twice and breakfast twice as well. Delicious breakfast buffet!!! Everything you could want and more.

Summary: Everything was very good/excellent from check-in to check-out. The only issue was that the shower, which is more complicated than it need be, was not easy to use. It was difficult, after seeing how to have the water directed through the hand-held shower head, to get the hot/cold balance correct and the flow of water. A good shower is very important but this was not a good one.

Summary: Great hotel right at the airport. Easy access to airport from over bridge. Apart from long line to check in (took >40min) could not fault the hotel. Clean, restaurant and gym great. Definitely recommend for an early fight!

Summary: Stayed there are few times to catch a plane from Rome to NJ-USA. Rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. Restuurant is OK and service was fine Sorry to see the bar/lounge in need of an upgrade. Many torn chairs and outdated. No real table service in the lounge.
