Summary: The hotel itself is nice with an amazing history that I read from a picture on the wall with a picture of the original owner and a description of how this hotel came into being. The room was nice and the pillows and bed I felt were comfortable. I wish they had a combo trash/recycle can in the room and I wished they had a coffee/tea station in the lobby would have been nice (I don't drink hot tea from a coffee maker in the room, taste like coffee!) I was pleased to find a refrigerator for leftovers and drinks. The room was dated with the curtains, decor, and the headboard was showing some signs of wear from pillows pressed up against it, as a person sitting up in bed watching TV. The TV was easy to use with a lot of channels. The room and bathroom were nice and clean.

Summary: Mostly great. The help at the desk were terrific and friendly. The room was very good. The tv was the most user unfriendly I've ever encountered. We just turned it off since it was useless to change channels.

Summary: Staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, but there was mold in the bathroom and we had to call for towels. Overall, I would stay again. It was a great value.

Summary: The front desk was friendly, however the price I paid for the room I was extremely disappointed the room smelled like a locker room the shower didn’t drain properly the carpet was stained and looked very dirty the ac didn’t work properly I will not use this hotel again if I come back to Scranton and I would not recommend it.

Summary: It was a nice place. Walking distance to the mall, restrants, bars and aquarium. Friendly people. Although i stayed at this hotel because there was a hot tub. It was down for maintenence. I was disappointed. That was the reason i chose this hotel. It would be nice if it was posted or told about it when i booked my room that it was not working .
