Positive: This was our second time staying here and the reason we stay here is it's right across the street from Jacob's Grillhouse one of our favorite restaurant's in Sibiu and we usually go there to eat if we're driving through town on our way to my in-laws house. If this hotel were near the city center I'm not sure I would stay. We had an executive suite, sounds nice I know. Our room was big with a balcony which are things we like in a hotel room. For a room of this "stature" on the same floor with the Presidential Suite, there was not any complimentary bottles of water in the room or no tissues in the room (no big deal, I blew my nose with toilet paper). The front desk staff was very nice. They have onsite parking which is always a big plus. Right across the street from some of the best steaks you will find in Romania!

Negative: No complimentary water in the room and no tissues in the room. At the breakfast buffet the chef spent most of the time in the kitchen instead of on the floor, so though they have an egg station with a sign that says eggs to order, the chef wasn't there to cook eggs to order. Total Letdown!

Positive: Comfortable bed, large rooms, nice atrium.

Negative: Breakfast has no local specialties, rooms are outdated.

Summary: Though under a Hilton umbrella, they need to work a bit to meet the standard.
