Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sofia and left genuinely impressed. The rooms are specious, cozy, stylish and comfortable. The spa was excellent, especially the staff. The service and the people really stood out, very attentive, professional, and consistently kind throughout our stay. We really appreciated the way management handled a small issue on their side. They addressed it immediately, made thoughtful alternative arrangements, and went far beyond what we expected to ensure we felt valued and taken care of. That level of care and accountability says a lot about how the hotel is run. I loved our stay there!

Summary: Overall, an outstanding experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia
