Summary: Ideal location to visit the city and enjoy all the amenities, with ideal parking as not underneath Hotel, which when traveling with roof box as we were, can be difficult.

Summary: Amazing Hotel. Clean and tidy. Attentive staff at the bar. Good amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was definitely an unexpected upgrade during our journey and cannot fault it at all.

Summary: Very quiet location close to tram stop and a possible to walk to the cathedral. Friendly helpful staff, nice room but the bathroom is a little strange - no plug for hair dryer. Dining room was busy the night we were there but were keeping pace. Excellent lamb shank, tasty choucroute good wine selection by the glass

Summary: Stayed for a conference nearby. The hotel has a nice exterior but the rooms are tired. And unbearably hot. I didn't sleep throughout my stay.

Summary: Everything about our trip was amazing for our Christmas vacation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, and happy hour was a nice touch. Room was comfortable. Super close to downtown by taking the Tram. Highly Recommended!!!

Summary: I like that I was close to public transport (Tram at Lycée Kléber) to get to and from the Christmas Markets (of which there were 5!). I always enjoy the free breakfast and the amenities (hygiene products and the carafe for water). It was a bonus to have dinner there too, but one of the dinner menu dishes was not to my liking. The kind waitress didn’t charge me for it since I took one bite!
