Summary: Lot services needs to improve. Walkway needs to refinish and need air conditioning on the walkway…. No bell man or porter to help carry your luggage. Restuarant needs to improve as customers needs.

Summary: The hotel is very unusual in the fact thst it is built i to the side of a mountain, and as such is referred to as the upside-down hotel. From the lobby guests take the elevator down to their rooms! The food is well prepared and portions are good. The breakfast buffet has lots of selections. The outdoor patio offers a city and ocean view.

Summary: Average Hilton, definitely not high end enough for the price point. Food way too expensive. $35 for basic buffet breakfast is unconscionable, especially for a basic hotel. Pool was dirty. Should definitely anticipate pool activity based on the number of bookings and treat with chemicals accordingly. Would not stay again.

Summary: There were mixed opinions within our group—some felt their rooms were fine, but my experience was quite different. My room smelled musty, as if it had been closed off for months, and the bathroom had a persistent odor of old urine that lingered despite being cleaned. The hotel’s food was actually pretty good, but the restaurant closing at 10 p.m. was a big letdown. Right after checking in, we even looked online for alternative accommodations, but unfortunately, there were no other rooms available to switch to. Given the circumstances, my family and I decided to tough it out and stay for the full five days.

Summary: This property while close to businesses and entertainment areas in Port of Spain, it is nicely tucked away to offer guests a relaxing get away, the property is clean and kept, the room is clean and comfortable, staff are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was wonderful with a nice layout of options, vegetarian and gluten free options included. Also, there are restaurants onsite that you can get lunch or dinner.
