Summary: Great place for families, lots of activities, beautiful pool. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The kitchen could use a cutting board and some mitts and they need to restock glasses and cups to at least 6. Be sure to bring your own laundry soap. Not thrilled about the extra charge for amenities….is this something new, as I have never paid it before?

Summary: I really loved pretty much everything about this place . Bed was comfortable, the suites were beautiful. Pool , awesome! Open 8am to 10 pm !! Incredible. That was fantastic. Just empty the trash can closes to the main area, that thing was overflowing the whole time we were there.

Summary: Our stay was fine - quick overnight without much time at the hotel. Check in was slow - and you can barely make it out of the reception area without being pitched a timeshare. The rooms are spacious but VERY basic. The kitchens are a bonus but they are not well equipped. Didn't even have dish soap. On the plus side, pool and activity areas are very nice and the hours were great. Front desk is very responsive through text too.

Summary: Overall the condo was nice, although lacking in cooking/baking items. We had a great time until the morning we needed to leave. From about 8am - until we had to checkout (10am) we had no water at all to the condo. It sounded like several condo buildings were without water. Not having water really caused issues for out family.

Summary: Beautiful area and lots of activities on site I think the rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner the fridge handle was very sticky and dirty and the towels in one of the bathrooms were covered in black specks but other then that small inconvenience it was great and I would go back again. Staff was lovely to deal with more so the women then the men but overall very helpful.
