Summary: The staff at the reception desk were obviously uninterested in me as a guest. There was a problem where I had prepayed a room but still had to pay again when I checked in. The staff said that I had two room booked and explicitly said that they would not be of any more assistance in the matter since I hade booked through a third part (Hotels.com). I would also like to question all the extra fees for everything, water in the room, early check in (even when the room is emtpy and ready).

Summary: The aircon was broken. Would always run 17 degrees, even when I switched it off it was still running cold air and our room was super freezing, I got sick the following day

Summary: The hotel itself is great, we are frequently returning, however this time the heating in the whole hotel was not working. They have put a heater in the room, which was OK, but the common areas, like the restaurant was freezing. It is absolutely fine, if something is not working, it can happen, however the fact that they were trying to hide it and they were pretending that they don't know about it, that is unacceptable. A simply "sorry for the inconvenience" would have been appropriate...
