Summary: Big room in japan standard, day 2 came back found trash n tissues left near basin, not cleaned, rest of days were ok. Hotel Body lotion not easily absorb by body, could be better.

Summary: Most of points in this hotel has been great except the location of restaurant for breakfast and rigid behavior of its coffee shop employees who refused to serve us because only one of the two people were ordering. What a crazy policy and the bearer sticking to it when not even one seat was occupied.

Summary: I loved this facility; rooms were modernized with decent shower and bath tub stalls, and breakfast buffet was simply great. My only complaint would be access to Yokohama station due to hectic travel; however, i've seen ongoing constructions, so there will be more improvements for sure.

Summary: The building is new and constructed with high-end materials, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The view from the hotel is amazing, overlooking Yokohama Bay. I highly recommend this place.
