Positive: Abdol and his staff were exceptional - we travel frequently and he was the best! This is among the top 10 of the accommodations we have ever had! The room was great, as was the view and the facilities. The location was perfect for escaping the noise and bustle of the east bank of Luxor. Excellent and inexpensive meals and drinks are offered on site. Transportation to the ferry boat area is offered if you want to visit the main part of Luxor (east bank). Thanks again to Abdol and crew!
Negative: Expect a slightly longer taxi ride to get there, but well worth it - your neighbors will be farmers, not loud taxis and tourists.
Summary: One of our best stays ever!

Positive: Everything! Convenient, peaceful, clean, modern..... Host was amazing, the welcome was warm and professional. We wish our stay was longer. The place is very new and wlel maintained. Lots of staff around for any requests you may have. They have a beautiful property and stunning view of the Nile.
Negative: Nothing at all!

Positive: really helpful staff (Mohamed and Abdol in particular went out of their way) and beautiful setting with pool agains the backdrop of the Nile and views to East Bank. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. breakfast was chargeable but plentiful and delicious. Abdol gave us fab restaurant recommendations too.
