Positive: Lovely property with a fabulous garden and very clean and comfortable living arrangements. Beautiful sitting in the garden listening to the river passing by and the birdsong.
Negative: Only issue was WiFi coverage but meant we had to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Positive: The lovely host showed us round the beautiful house and explained everything on our arrival and we very much enjoyed our stay. Great facilities in the property as we tended to come back in the evening to eat with a large supermarket for supplies only 5 min drive. Such a quiet peaceful location next to the stream that feeds the mill. Very interesting seeing the old workings of it and reading about the history. Great central location as we wanted to explore Cornwall for a week. Highly recommend staying here👍

Positive: Wonderful host showed us around the property and advised on local walks. The property was easy to find on google maps, located close to Bodmin and Wadebridge made a great location to explore from. The property was exceptionally clean and well presented and had a private enclosed garden, great for our dog. The property led directly onto walks and was both comfortable and peaceful. Great for those who love a period property and exploring new places. Highly recommended for those just wishing to relax in comfort.

Positive: Location was hard to find, the google maps have got the Hingham Cottage marked wrong and it took us to the wrong location. It is located next to the weak bridge and Watermill Cottage which is what to search for on maps.
