Positive: The apt staff are very friendly and helpful, after long hours of flight we are able to recover very quickly because of comfortable sleeping, in evening we have enjoyed in walking in Funabashi water park( famous Olympic champions trained there), and large mall Lalaport T Bay . Also staff feed us with the fruit and tea after checking in. I checked in with no problem earlier (3hours in my case) without extra payment. I was able to leave huge luggage for free after checking out until evening return back from Disney. We are very mobile so reaching the train station with children and luggage was easy.

Negative: no problem with the stay in the house

Summary: For family the best place to stay near Disney. Fast recovery because of location which is no overcrowded and no intensiv
