Positive: Great location. My daughter lives just 3 blocks away. Nice alternative to a hotel/motel. Liked the privacy, full kitchen, separate living room to relax in.
Negative: Guests should be aware that the bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor and that the stairs are steep with narrow treads. Second bedroom is on the third floor via a spiral staircase...so you need to be agile (and careful).

Positive: The location was nice, safe and walkable. You really must not have any handicaps because there are steep stairs in the home. There is a wonderful french bakery /coffee shop down the road. Your in a great area to access lots of cool areas in Pittsburgh.
Negative: I think it would be nice to have more blankets because it got cold. Some coffee and tea supplies would have been nice since i flew in and got in pretty Late. It also would have been good to have owner or manager contact info in the rental. Im also sorry I wasnt able to respond since I didnt travel with my computer.
Summary: Really good value to stay in a fun little area thats safe!

Negative: The back door was unlocked upon arrival. There was a “cellar/basement” that wasn’t mentioned in the ad. We didn’t go down there but it was kinda weird.
