Positive: Exceeded our expectations. Receptionists and other staff were helpful, and could also communicate in several languages. The rooms were large and we appreciated having a kitchenette. Additionally, it was off season and the kids club had activities all through which our little one oved.
Negative: The rooms aren't sound proof. One can hear noise of furniture being moved around in other rooms especially when the cleaners are cleaning.

Positive: Good value for money, lots of activities for kids, good buffet, family rooms with kitchen and needed equipment, nice location.
Negative: Sauna booking is very awkward: everyone thinks it is publicly open and wants to go in. Maybe it would be better to make it publicly open. Diary options in the buffet were limited. On some days, there was a very loud music from some neighbour bar downstairs.

Positive: Great number of activities for kids on location, so with a small child it's a paradise, especially if you're into a relaxing, don't-get-out-of-the-hotel kind of vacation. So much so, you may risk _not getting out of the hotel_ for the duration of your stay! Great pool, great food as well on location, and within 5 mins from the beach (if you actually want to go out of the hotel).
Negative: While the rooms were very well equipped, what was missing was basics such as dish washing detergent. Though I can understand this is the kind of thing others may want to take with them at home once it's provided...
