Positive: the rooms were cozy and beautiful. the breakfast was very tasty, filling and varied
Negative: On the day of departure a huge cockroach ran out of the bathroom, I killed it with a slipper and left it on the table. It was scary and unpleasant. Starting from the 3rd day of living in the toilet after cleaning there was always an unpleasant smell. Perhaps there was a dirty floor rag. I was given a robe size XXL, with my height of 160 cm and size XS:)

Positive: Service staff were excellent, outdoor garden pool was nice with lots of sunbed availabilty, Some of the evening entertainment was very good,
Negative: - NOT a 5* quality hotel, 4* at best; the hotel is tired, old fashioned and lacks facilities, - Soft, cheap memory foam beds are extremely uncomfortable, - Rooms filthy, not properly cleaned, abrupt cleaning staff burst into the rooms at 9am without knocking, - Ridiculous and frankly sexist mens' trousers only policy for evening meals, which was not advised on the Booking.com hotel policies list during booking and suspected to be a cheap swipe at the male guests by the feminist woke hotel manager, which is obviously rather petty and pathetic, especially when most blokes obviously don't take trousers on holiday to a humid 30* climate; giant manager lady also didn't even allow us access to the restaurant on the first night of our stay when we arrived at 7pm, despite us promising to go out and buy trousers the following day, so a rather unpleasant and controntational first impression to say the least, - No monitoring of the indoor 'spa' pool, where kids were bombing dangerously into the pool around parents with babies and elderly people; Giant manager lady was excellent at diligently bouncing the door to her stupid trousers only access restaurant/canteen but evidently too busy to stop old people and babies being upset and endangered by unruly kids.
Summary: Definitely not a 5*, management unpleasant & unaccommodating

Positive: Food selection is excellent. Everything is clean. The hotel has a great location, about 5 minutes from the beach, however, popular beach locations are about 10-15 minutes away
Negative: It is rather a 4-star hotel than a 5-star one. The air conditioner was locked/broken, making it hard to sleep in the room. The hotel needs a major renovation. There is not a lot of additional value for a 5-star hotel.

Negative: The air conditioning didn’t work for the first three days. On the second night, we called the reception, and they said a technician would come, but no one showed up. After 20 minutes, we called again and spoke to another receptionist who explained how to turn it on—something we had already tried. Frustrated, we gave up and went to bed. The next day, we asked again at the reception, and it was finally fixed later that day, which we appreciated.
