Positive: Breakfast was outstanding. We had booked half board and were very impressed with the range of options at both Breakfast and Dinner. Staff were very friendly and nothing was ever an issue. Lifeguards, Bar staff and waiters were exceptionally friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.
Negative: Bar closed quite early but this seemed to be across the board in this area and was possibly down to the fact it was the end of season.
Summary: A fabulous hotel made all the better by the staff.

Negative: Indifferent staff, no help even though I had a 2 year old and a broken leg on my own. Somewhat impersonal?! Food aimed almost entirely at the German audience very little Spanish.

Positive: Probably the best dinner and breakfast buffet I’ve experienced, everything was ultra clean, great spot and all the staff were lovely. Also very good for families because there are not lots of loud noises or drunkards after dark, very good sleeping conditions for Mum, Dad & the baby.

Negative: During dinner/breakfast, the fruit juices were rotten. Depraved. Green smoothie and orange juice. When I told it to the waiter, they removed them from buffet table. But when it happened for the 4th time… I didnt say a word anymore… Same story for serrano ham…
