Positive: Really nice hotel
Negative: My daughter needed gluten free meals and while the hotel restaurant had options, it was really difficult to arrange that, I understand it's a busy restaurant, but I spent 1 hour each meal running up and down arranging foof for her and begging the stuff to provide the gluten free options.

Negative: The Hotel is dispatched between 2 areas with need to cross a street with cars to access to breakfast zone and other kids facilities. Extremely busy and noisy restaurants at breakfast and dinner, quality of food is acceptable but not really tasty..

Positive: Nice size, good facilities, plenty of local shops and beach on your doorstep
Negative: Slight lack of pillows, we had to improvise and use duvets at pillows. Sofa beds seemed more comfy than the normal beds 😂 although the beds weren’t actually bad. Dinner options were confusing and not all was open every day
Summary: Beautiful area, beautiful beach, lovely staff, reasonably good food, clean hotel very nice pools. Would recommend

Positive: Lovely hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays it was great to come back to beds made and fresh towels. We upgraded to all-inclusive and the selection of food and drinks was great at every meal.

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were treated to beautiful weather despite it being November. The sea was good to go in but very wavy to be able to properly swim. The beach has lifeguards and the sand is amazingly powdery soft. The pool was cleaned regularly and water was ok for our two kids to splash in. Being it the end of the season, the atmosphere was so laid back. The staff was amazing, always smiling, happy to help with anything needed. Breakfast choices were plentiful with always something new everyday so it didn't get boring. Our kids (6 and 9) loved Hippy, the hotel mascot. There was a little show every evening and the kids club was still open in November from 10 - 1pm. It was easy to find free street parking in the vicinity. As the hotel is in a resort town, there is plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from as soon as you leave the hotel. Little Spar with basics just opposite the hotel, large supermarket within 5min drive from the hotel. Fast internet, good for remote work needs. The rooms are comfortable, good pressure in the shower, basics in the kitchenette to prepare basic meals.
Negative: Having to cross the road to another part of the hotel area to get to breakfast surprised us but it was not an issue. The pool with kids structures is more for toddlers than slightly bigger kids, it looked larger from the photos.
