Positive: Nice good sized room that overlooked the sandy beach. The food in this hotel is amazing. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, nice pool, facilities, and plenty of things to do, if you want. I have stayed here many times before, the staff are friendly and they hav thought of everything you need/want for a perfect relaxing holiday. Also, the local bus stop is right outside the hotel making it easy to get around and see other places on the island.
Negative: Nothing, it was perfect!

Positive: The beach is breathtaking, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the restaurant offers an abundant selection, made even more special by the luxurious Saturday dinner and the Mediterranean restaurant.
Negative: The designated smoking area is unfortunately located beneath the balconies, so the smoke drifts into the rooms.

Positive: Top notch personnel. Great food and facilities. Rooms are new.
Negative: There is a 10cm hole between beds, so they can't be connected, and they get more separated easily. One of the beds was really squeaky. There is a small hole between the wall and the doors (less than 1 cm), so everything from the hall could be heard.

Positive: Wonderful hotel right at the beach and newly renovated. Clean and wonderful staff. All rooms face the beach but some of them have limited view to the sea. The hotel has pretty much all you need for a great vacation at the beach. Very well located, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the bus takes you right to the airport. Good selection of great (but not amazing) food for breakfast and dinner and the restaurant staff is very friendly. It has another restaurant for lunch, a nice bar and entertainment every/most of the evenings. Overall a very good and beautiful hotel to spend your holidays at. For the right price I would definitely stay again here.
Negative: The opening hours for some of the facilities are quite inconvenient. The outdoor pool is open until 18:00 only and the gym is open until 20:00. It would be nice to have the gym at least open for longer than that, lots of hotel have it open until 23:00, midnight or even 24/24. Personally when I come to a beach vacation I prefer to spend less time inside and spend more time outside during the sunny hours so going to the gym later at night works much better. Dinner starts at 18:30 so that doesn't leave you with too much time to go to the gym after dinner. Also I've noticed that it's a thing to not have water included in your room on Mallorca as most hotels keep this trend on the island but it's a bit ridiculous to try to profit on water in a 4 star hotel
