Negative: When we arrived, they had messed up our booking and had another room not been available for the third night, we would have had to go somewhere else! This in spite of countless emails and telephone calls more than a month before when we wanted to amend the booking as our daughters were leaving one day early - the hotels booking system did not synchronise with booking.com. Eventually I had to refer to the email confirmation and the staff realised their error but no apology, let alone any gesture. Showed a lack of management / computer says no approach. Last thing you want when you have travelled a long way to the extent I would not stay there again, even though the hotel was comfortable enough

Positive: Breakfasts excellent, staff very efficient and helpful. Location very good. Pool lovely.
Negative: Smoking issue - persons allowed to smoke on balconies ( which all rooms appear to have) consequently smoke drifts to your balcony and into bedroom- not nice if a non smoker. Lack of information in rooms and entrance hall, eg times of meals, pool rules. Anything else available in hotel or general activities to do/ see in the town.
Summary: Lovely- returning after a few years - Jerez still has a buzz.! e

Positive: Clean and tidy hotel. Staff friendly and happy to help. The same issue is reflected in both positive and negative elements. The hotel is extensively used by tour bus companies and as a result the hotel is very quiet in the day and we virtually had the pool and facilities to ourselves. Breakfast is very good.
Negative: The hotel is extensively used by tour bus companies that often leave early in the morning to their next destination. On a couple of occasions this resulted in a lot of noise in the corridors as the those departing gathered their bags and chatted loudly outside our room. The location is a little outside the centre of Jerez and although my wife and I walked in and out every day, this might not be for everyone.
