Summary: The floor was dirty. My feet were black after walking barefoot on it. Also, not enough outlets are available for charging devices.

Summary: The Historian Inn was clean, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located for what we were in Gardnerville for. The staff was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Summary: I had an excellent experience staying here! I stayed in a room on the second floor facing the park. What I LOVED: 1. Very clean 2. Comfortable bed 3. Quiet - I didn’t hear a sound all night and slept very well 4. Close to restaurants 5. Close to Lake Tahoe What a find. It was as clean as any hotel room at any price I’ve stayed at. I slept very well and was comfortable. It was quiet and safe parking. The front desk man was very helpful. I was able to walk to a great restaurant/ pub for dinner. I will be back!!

Summary: We love this place. It's not fancy, don't expect amazing amenities. But it is very clean and quiet here, and so convenient! Gardnerville has slowly become one of our favorite places to hang out. There are GOOD people here and the vibe is so comfortable. Right across the street from JT Basque - don't miss out on that!
