Summary: Both the check in process and check out process were very easy. The listing looks exactly like the actual property. The location is great very close to downtown.

Summary: We enjoyed the property. When we figured where to go for meals and provisions it became easier to get around. The property managers, Tonya & Jason were very helpful throughout the whole process. The only negatives were maneuvering along a small area in between cars and bushes on gravel. This was from the street to the Casita. We had a hard time opening up the lock to get the entrance key. The key and lock to enter was equally as difficult. We had a fine time.

Summary: This little gem could not have been any better! It is exactly as listed; pictured exactly as shown. We stayed for a week with our fur babies. They loved walking the neighborhood every night and the fenced in yard was a bonus! Everything you could want or need is in the Casita. Communication was quickly responded to; the place was clean and quiet. If we are back in the Phoenix area, we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The property was great, close to everything.I was just a little disappointed with some things, I felt it could have been cleaner, there were cob webs in the bathroom and in the living area, under the tv stand was dirty. The second bedroom by the bathroom, the bed was not desirable at all it had some plywood under the mattress. The rugs in the master bedroom was not clean and could have been a little more Comfortable as the floors are concrete. Kitchen area was great but again there was some misses the Keurig was dirty and there could have been more creamer for coffee, it only had 4 little pods. I’m not knit picking this is a really nice property and could be amazing with some upgrades.

Summary: We needed a place to stay for two Christmas events that were in town and found Jason’s place to fit the description of what we were looking for. The place was very clean, check in was smooth, the area was private and close to the events we attended. Communication with Jason was easy and he responded immediately which made everything easier.

Summary: We (four of us) were in town for a concert at Chase Field and found Jason’s rental to be a perfect base for the weekend. This was my first time renting something other than a “private home” (meaning, the only dwelling on the property), but we definitely felt the privacy between the rental and the owner’s residence just steps away. I’ve read other reviews here and find it a little silly that so many renters were shocked that this was a back house (that’s what a casita is!). But I will agree that I was expecting a front door and not a slider as the main entry, so I felt dumb when I realized THAT’S the way to get in! :) The unit was adorable, clean and very accommodating, and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Jason was very responsive, even when I texted him for the WiFi at 10pm when we checked in (again, sorry for the late text, but perhaps you might consider including the password in your check-in information?) The neighborhood was clean and felt very safe, as did the casita. Very close to downtown, as advertised, which was exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, the price was incredibly reasonable for a random weekend in November. But, I would recommend Jason’s casita conditionally with the following feedback from our party: Our biggest qualm with the rental was the walkway and lighting along it, which Jason assured me is in the process of being remedied. To enter, you must walk along the edge of a single driveway with a very narrow path to the casita,

Summary: It was not disclosed at the time of booking that there would be a pet fee. $110 for a cleaning fee was unfounded as there were only two bath towels and one roll of toilet paper for a booking for four adults and a long black hair was in the freezer and sour liquid in the cocktail shaker cup. No ice or ice trays were provided. Very sparse coffee, creamer and small amount of paper towels for a party of four adults. Instructions were not clear that the property was behind main house. Not disclosed until check-in day that there was only parking on the street. Very narrow passage to walk past three cars in driveway. It took 15 minutes of running the kitchen faucet to get hot water. Stated there was Wi-Fi but no code was provided. Very disappointed to have paid more than $300 for one night.

Summary: The property is a converted unit on the owner’s property. It’s accurately described, very clean, and well stocked. There is a Keurig coffee machine but no pods were made available. The bed is on the firmer side but we prefer it like that. I had to reach out to the owner’s for check in information but they were very responsive. The is was a nice stay in a nice location.
