Summary: The neatest little apartment in the Danville River District. It was chilly during our stay but we took advantage of the location and walked just a short distance to a couple local bars/restaurants, did the river walk, checked out the farmers market next door and ventured to the casino that was only a few miles away. A spring or summer stay will definitely be in our future!

Summary: We were traveling from Brooklyn to Florida and my cousin recommended we all stay there as she had stayed at Kim's place before. Perfect location and place to relax and stroll around as we enjoyed a days rest to break up the drive. Thanks Kim

Summary: This place was in an excellent location and we totally enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very well equipped. We loved being so close to the river walk and within walking distance of restaurants. The one drawback was the noise from the train close by. However, we would stay here again because the location, atmosphere and comfort of the rooms were well worth it.

Summary: As others have noted, this apartment is exactly as pictured and is located in a converted warehouse in downtown Danville, right next to the river and the Riverwalk trail. It is very spacious and has a very well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The only minor downsides would be the lack of any body wash/soap for the showers, and the somewhat dated bathrooms, although they were clean. I would happily stay here if I was visiting Danville again.

Summary: We arrived to find no bath towels and it took hours to get them and even then the cleaning lady questioned our intelligence asking if we weren't able to know what a bath towel is. A lot more could have been provided in the kitchen and the parking was under a tree that left our car filthy had to have it washed twice in the short time we were there. Also it would have been good to have instructions on using the TV. We would like to have had a TV in the bedroom.
