200 year old farmhouse located on the Lamoille River. River access and 12 acres to explore. We are approximately 20 minutes from downtown Burlington. The entire upstairs is for guests, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and living room area. Kitchen and dining room are shared spaces. There is an enclosed and exposed porch with a grill and pizza oven. Fire pit and hammock near the gardens out back with a view of our sweet goats, ducks, and chickens. We have private access to the river for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Private yoga classes are available either on the docks or in the gardens. If you're looking for quiet and serene, this property is ideal.

Summary: Our space was warm, welcoming, and well-decorated. The space was well thought out, and the needed things were easy to find. Check-in was effortless and was in a great location. One note is that the guest space is upstairs with no full door to separate the host and guest spaces. The stairs and layout separated the space naturally, but we were unaware of this before coming in. This was not a big deal! We felt we had our area, and it was very private. Just a helpful note for others.

Summary: Riverview was the perfect location for a highschool reunion of girlfriends 45 years in the making. The use of the kitchen was a generous gift from our hosts, and the sweet doggies were very welcoming. The upstairs rooms were well appointed and exceeded our expectations. We had a great time. Thanks!

Summary: We stayed for two nights. The farmhouse is lovely as are the hosts. Every thing was clean and fresh. The shower and bathroom worked well. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.
