Summary: Great location in the city while staying surprisingly quiet throughout the day. everything was nice and comfortable and the check in/ out processes were great.

Summary: The home was comfortable and cozy however, no staples - I.e. no serwran wrap, tin foil, baggies, twist ties, elastics, pens, paper , etc or condiments. This makes life inconvenient. It would be impossible to bring our own and inconvenient and costly to purchase. Sadly, This part was very disappointing and frustrating trying to improvise.

Summary: I enjoyed the decor and comforting fixtures, light-filled spaces and peace and quiet in this well-located home in Norwood Flats. Host was quick to respond and address any concerns. I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: The host was prompt in communicating. Very clean and lovely place to stay. The only glitch was not knowing the difference between the two units at the time of booking and ended up having to cancel the original booking which was on the top floor and re-booking to the main floor to accommodate my elderly mother who is unable to stay in top units due to stairs. But that got recrified quickly with the host who was super helpful and issuing a refund.
