Summary: There were a couple of inconveniences such as the ice maker not keeping up and the water in the fridge coming out hot. The place was pretty dirty and even had trash in the drawers. The girl was sweet and communicated well but we couldn’t get passed the dirty feeling. If it was cleaned well we’d prob stay again.

Summary: If you like the sound of Nascar, this place is for you. Washington Blvd is extremely noisy. Door lock was difficult to navigate, limited supplies in kitchen. House was clean overall.

Summary: Check I was easy , however the stairs leading up to the unit are in need of replacement , stairs a rickety and not stable for the 80year olds in our party to be walking up, the ac was not adequate because their wasn’t one we had portable units in the windows except the down stairs room didn’t have one and didn’t have a ceiling fan and left part of our party with sleepless nights because of the heat , the property management were quick to respond when we asked for more towels they door dashed us some right away. And the bathroom door doesn’t like to close

Summary: The unit was very charming but it wasn’t clean. It wasn’t messy, but the cleaning service wasn’t very thorough. The floors needed to be swept, there were crumbs from the previous guests on the kitchen tablecloth, the bathroom was filthy (dirty floor, toilet and sink) and the bath mat had not been washed in a while. And one of the beds looked like the bed was made with dirty linens. We notified the host, who said they would talk with the cleaner, but didn’t offer to compensate us for the inconvenience. The unit was missing the hair dryer and the kitchen didn’t have coffee mugs.

Summary: Great cheap place centrally located. Kitchen amenities could use some additional meal preparation items. But over all really good for the price!

Summary: The place was so comfortable, clean and absolutely perfect for our stay. We especially loved the big kitchen and the livingroom with the sectional couch. It was close to everything we needed and the owner was very accommodating. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone staying in Ogden. UT.

Summary: This place is a very well kept older building with beautiful old floors and windows. The owner has done a nice job appointing the space with a mix of period appropriate and modern furnishings and fixtures. On weekend nights the street noise was pretty crazy, which the owner can’t be responsible for. But bring earplugs. We had a great time and appreciated being able to cook full meals in the kitchen.
