MINIMUM 30-night rental required. This is a family home. The majority of our rentals are families re-locating due to work, or families who are waiting for their new home to be built/remodeled. Just a short walk to downtown Naperville!!! Enjoy all the charm and privacy of this newly remodeled and fully furnished historic home, while being close enough to fully enjoy downtown -- the famous riverwalk, restaurants, night life, shopping, festivals!!!
Home accommodates up to 8 people. Huge finished basement. Separate window filled sun-room with access to spacious backyard deck. Large fenced backyard. Separate dining room. Airy kitchen to accommodate all your cooking needs. High-speed wireless internet throughout the home. Linens, towels, and paper products are supplied by us, no charge.
No management company, we handle everything. We strive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We are local and will make ourselves available during your stay should you need anything.
THE HOME:
- Located within a 10 minute walk to downtown Naperville. Also within a 10 minute walk to the Naperville Metra TrainStation to downtown Chicago and the Naperville farmers market.
- 3 bedrooms.
- 2.5 bathrooms.
- 2.5 car garage, also has street parking and one-car area next to garage.
- Living room, sunroom, basement with couches, chairs, sectional.
- Internet-enable TV so you can login to your Netflix and Hulu accounts.
- Deck has large Weber gas grill, patio chairs, table and sun umbrella.
- New washer and dryer units.
- New HVAC unit, home has central air.
- Decorated in Pottery Barn Style.
- Great for Families - Lots of space for people to eat together, hang out, relax, and have fun.
THE KITCHEN:
Food is a huge deal when getting together. With our setup, all you need to bring is your food. Kitchen has:
- New oven, with gas range.
- New microwave.
- Completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays and more.
- Plenty of cooking knives for the chefs in the family.
- Enough forks/spoons/knives/plates for everyone in the family.
- Coffee pot, including coffee filters. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh ground coffee on the deck or in our sun-filled sun room (a family favorite).
- Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap.
-Outdoor propane Weber grill, complete propane.
-Grilling utensils included.
-Includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms:
- Room 1: Upstairs Master Bedroom has a king bed, with new pillow top mattress.
- Room 2: Upstairs Bedroom has full bed, with new pillow top mattress.
- Room 3: Upstairs Bedroom has full bed, with new pillow top mattress.
- Room 4: Basement has internet-enabled 65' inch TV, full leather sectional couch & cloth couch that transforms into sleeper sofa. Basement can comfortably sleep up to 4 people.
- Room 5: Living room has full couch, cuddler chair with ottoman. Also has wood burning fireplace.
- Room 6: Sunroom has love seat couch. Window filled east-facing and receives sun all morning and most of the afternoon. Direct access to back deck.
- Room 7: Dining room with large square shaped table & place-mats

Summary: I had to work in Chicago for two months but did not want to have my family downtown. I chose to have a commute and stay in Naperville. This was a great little house in a fantastic area. We really enjoyed taking nightly walks around looking at the old homes and playing at the numerous parks within walking distance. Naperville is a great area with lots of things to do.

Summary: We absolutely loved our 3 month stay at Matt and Mary’s home in downtown Naperville. It was close to the train, parks, restaurants..everything we needed. The communication with the owners was immediate and easy. The home was great for our two children, myself, and my husband. Especially the basement-perfect place for the kids and us to relax and play. I highly recommend staying here and we would again if ever in need!

Summary: The header says it all: Matt and Mary's place is a true home away from home! We stayed at the house our two young children for 6 weeks in between moves, and had THE best time. Perfect size for a small family, perfect amenities, perfect location. The home is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. It had everything you would need for a long stay--kitchen supplies, changes of linens, lots of towels, board games, etc. Plenty of comfy places in the house to relax, play and work. The basement was such a fun place to kick back and watch movies. The backyard was big enough for my kids to play catch, and adults to relax on the deck. Cannot say enough good things about this house. We miss it already!! Matt and Mary are wonderful hosts--easy to get in touch with if you need anything (which we didn't!) Thank you so much for giving our family such wonderful memories at your home!!!

Summary: Matt and Mary met us at the house to go over everything. They were extremely nice and helpful. During our stay if we had any questions, Matt responded to msgs almost immediately. The accommodations were great. Beds were comfortable and almost everything we could think of as far as supplies were there. Plus location was great! Would recommend staying here 100%!!!

Summary: If you are looking for a place to stay this is perfect. We spent a week here and couldn’t have had a better stay. The location is perfect. It’s walking distance to all of the shops and eating. The house is so clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, this is it.
