This historic and private 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom house, plus attached 1/1 studio has privacy and space for everyone indoors, and an 800 sq. ft. lanai for outdoor entertaining where you can enjoy the 180 degree views spanning from the mountains, to city view, to the ocean. Spacious open-plan design with two living rooms, a new custom kitchen, four updated bathrooms, and split bedroom plan. You will love the high ceilings and historic architecture from the 1930's, with a modern floor plan. Near the Pali Highway for an easy drive to Kailua and Lanikai beaches. Short drive to Waikiki
and the West side. There are steps from the parking area to the house. Happy to host long term guests, and have a 10 day minimum. Aloha!

Summary: Good views, including ocean. Large outside lanai with table, chairs, lounge chairs. Convenient location for our activities. Plenty of space for our family. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage and closet space.

Summary: Our family of 7 stayed at this beautiful house. There are 2 master bedrooms with en suites, a bedroom with a queen bed and separate bathroom/shower and also a separate studio w/queen bed right out of the back door. The house was stocked and equipped with more than we expected. Very clean and spacious with lots of storage for our two week stay. We had continued, easy communication with owners. Thank you Avril/Andrew for accommodating all of us. Mahalo and Aloha!

Summary: Visited Oahu for a family reunion. Communication with the owners was terrific, check-in a breeze, and my whole family loved the house and the amazing views from the enormous deck and yard. Hope to stay there again the next time we go back. I'd highly recommend booking it, you won't be disappointed.

Summary: My recent trip to work had me looking for a place to stay near the location for work training. I found this spot! It has a great view with a host that was great to work with. This house has plenty of space to spread out. This location is very pretty sitting on the side of a hill overlooking the beach and Ocean from the front porch. I would recommend this spot for a family or anyone that wants a local spot to relax!

Summary: Avril was very great at communicating both before arrival and any questions I had during our stay. The views were phenomenal and great to see helicopters and airplanes for our little guy. Had a great time and even my hard-to-please Father-in-Law said it was the perfect place!
