Summary: Location was perfect for us - close to Savannah family and local attractions. Beautiful water/marsh view out back of property added to the experience. Home was generally well equipped, but does need an additional outside trash bin - and an exterior recycling bin. Could also use more interior lighting in living room. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This house is absolutely lovely. Our group enjoyed our time here so much that we decided to stay an extra day. The location is gorgeous, tucked away down a beautiful mossy tree-lined drive and with gorgeous views of the river. Everything was clean and neat. Bathrooms were extremely well-stocked. We noticed the kitchen seemed to be missing a couple small items like an oven mitt, small pot, and a pancake spatula, so we called the Lucky Savannah office to see if they might have some extras. Before dinner time, they had these items out to us along with some trivets, which we hadn’t even noticed were missing yet. So now the kitchen should have everything you need! The kitchen also had lots of essentials like spices, oil, etc. The blender worked great, and there was even an air fryer. The stove and oven, while high-end, do seem a bit on the older side and took a while longer to cook than my kitchen at home. But everything was functional and dinners got done, we just started cooking a little earlier after the first day. Lucky Savannah was a great rental company to work with, the house was gorgeous, and we had a wonderful time. Absolutely recommend this property!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lucky Savannah gets a 5 star review! This is the third time I’ve been in town and used them and their service is outstanding. Easy booking process, great app with all my travel details, excellent response time for questions, and houses are always super clean with comfortable linens. They leave little room for improvement! This rental house is average. The main pro is location and size. But there are some cons. The kitchen is not fully stocked, few cooking utensils like spatulas and only one medium sized pot, no hot plates or mitts. The kitchen sink’s water pressure is nonexistent and it takes about 10 minutes to get hot water. The water dispenser on the refrigerator leaks and the garbage disposal doesn’t work.The internet strength is weak in most of the house. The tv repeatedly got hung up trying to stream a show. The downstairs bathroom also lacks water pressure and hot water. Upstairs the bathrooms are better but there is a corner of the exterior roof coming off and bangs all night with the wind, sounds like shutters hitting the house.There is also a strange odor in the front room and kitchen. It comes and goes and smells similar to rotten boiled eggs. It seemed more potent on the humid day but it was gross smelling. Lastly, this house is equipped with a security system. There are cameras all outside. I think this fact should be noted in the description because I felt uncomfortable all weekend thinking I was being watched when I took my dog out. And we were single women on vacation so it was unnerving to think we were being watched and someone would know that we were alone. I would strongly encourage this fact be noted in the description so that renters can make an informed decision about whether they are comfortable being watched. Overall, the stay was okay. Location is excellent, back view gorgeous. I won’t rent here again but the size may be good for large families. FYI-cant launch kay
