The side yard patio has a seating area, a small bistro table with 2 chairs and a bar-b-que grill. My favorite outdoor spot! Also, there is a large private rear yard with a terraced planting garden with lots of flowers and plants. Very nice bonus space.
The other amenities include a beautiful community heated pool located a short walking distance from the property or drive and park within a minute if you are packing a picnic, drinks, and other items like floaties. There are showers and bathrooms as well as a charcoal grill area with an outdoor refrigerator and lots of tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The common area also has tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court. The key to the gate is located inside the closet by the front door. The pool is closed down during the winter time.
