Negative: Shared bathroom facilities was a surprise (shock.). I guess I didn’t read the fine print.

Negative: Could have used a couple if hooks on the back of door for coat, towel, etc. Also saw no remote for tv, but was not there enough to watch TV anyway.

Positive: We didnt stay for bfast-because we had to leave early in the am- the fruit in the fruit bowl was old clementines hard and shriveled. The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable enough.

Negative: there is no real room privacy because the door to the room doesn't seal shut. but can be locked, the hallways and shared bath was too cold to want to take a shower in, the kitchen still had pots on the stove and was very cold- had to walk up narrow stairs to the third floor, outside no lighted walkway, the parking lot was not plowed and had to step in 3/4 inches of snow to get to the unlighted pathway which was cleared- couldn't see the lock box and wasn't sure which door to use. But the owners were helpful and responded right away to my call on how to get in.

Summary: room was clean and warm with heater-wasnt impressed with low heat elsewhere non sealed bedroom door

Negative: In winter, space heater in the bathroom would make it better. Someone left a window open.

Summary: I will make this where I stay every time I visit Springfield.
