Summary: Friendly helpful staff and exactly as advertised. It's an experience in an old, crooked, creeky, cracked, historic building that we really enjoyed for a night. Help yourself coffee, tea, snacks and breakfast items 24/7 in the lounge was nice and convenient. Shared bath and toilet rooms were clean, well provisioned, and no problem at all. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: There was only one toilet/sink/shower down the hall serving several rooms (We did not notice this in the small print...). This is a setup for major delays upon awakening, and needing to dress when going to the bathroom in the night. Will not return.

Summary: It’s like coming home, room was clean and neat, very nicely decorated. This old hotel has a lot of character and soul, it does creak at night, and the noise from the interstate woke me up a couple of times but those can’t be avoided. It would be nice if the Halloween lights had been shut off at some point since they’re so close to the window! Parking was easy to find, this place is literally the first thing you see as you get off I-70 east. Breakfast is self serve and even though I’m not gluten intolerant I was very happy to see they had quiches for people who may be. When I come back through this will definitely be a place I look to stay again.
