140 Acre family farm with animals, gardens, beautiful fields, forests and trails
Built in 1745, Windswept Farm offers a quaint and comfy 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Each bedroom has a queen Brooklyn Bed with high thread count crisp bedsheets and fluffy soft towels. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room with bar, living room with Wifi and Smart TV. The apartment is on the second floor of our antique colonial farmhouse. One bathroom is on the first floor. The apartment is totally separate and private with it's own entry.

This is a working farm and equestrian facility with an indoor arena, outdoor arena and trails. The grounds offer 140 acres of peaceful tranquility. From perennial gardens to fruit and vegetable gardens, there are many areas to explore. There are many hayfields and miles of groomed trails to hike, bike, snowshoe and XC ski.
We are 1.5 miles off I-93 and less than an hour from the White Mountains, Lakes Region, or Hampton Beach. Minutes from historic Concord, many excellent restaurants, the Capital Theater of the Arts, Canterbury Shaker Village and NH Motor Speedway.

Summary: Cute apartment on lovely rural farm The host was friendly and happy to show us the horses and around the farm. Apartment was fully equipped and quiet. The apartment has low ceilings, sloped floors and some steep stairs to get in. Not an issue for us, but a caution for anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend, and hopefully we’ll be back

Summary: This place was just what we needed for a quiet family weekend away (two adults, kids 8 and 11). We went cross country skiing (both on and off their property) hiking, and played board games (found some good ones at the house). The location is beautiful, with plenty of friendly horses, cats, and dogs to keep the kids’ interest. Would love to see the property in the summer too! The owners were wonderful hosts, and the apartment was well-maintained and very clean.

Summary: Corinne and Craig are the most amazing and thoughtful property owners - they make sure your stay is exactly what you want. The accommodations are superb - super comfy, clean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. And the location is a dream come true! My dog and I had one of the best weeks EVER! Thanks!

Summary: We had a very comfortable weekend. It was pleasant to walk around the pastures. My sister brought her grandchildren over to see and pat the horsed. Our dog enjoyed several walks in the fields and woods. I would suggest that there be signage on the guest entrance door. We would come back again. Thank you

Summary: The farmhouse apartment had everything we (4 adults) needed - the kitchen has is fully equipped. We enjoyed reading about the historical significance of this 18th century structure (with all modern necessities). Corinne quickly responded to our inquiries before arriving and graciously provided additional historical information when we met. The horses were a bonus as were the wonderful fall colors surrounding the house. Convenient to Shaker Village and Concord.

Summary: Corinne and Craig could not have been more welcoming and gracious hosts. The apartment was exactly what we needed for our family of 3. We took a few morning trips but mainly spent time exploring the farm, poolside, or inside. We truly felt at home, away from our home and look forward to returning in the future.
