Lägenheten är i ett lugnt och centralt område. Badbrygga och grillplats 10 meter från huset. Barnvänligt med 4H-gård och stor lekplats 200m bort. Finns även utomhusbad och sandstrand 500m bort. 3 km strandpromenad in till stan.

Lägenheten är välplanerad och har ett härligt ljusinsläpp och från vardagsrummet kommer du ut till en solig balkong i söderläge mot vattnet. Bostaden har två separata sovrum, ett välutrustat kök med pärlspont på väggarna och detaljer i mässing samt matplats. Inbyggda garderober i hallen med pärlspont på väggarna, samt ett fräscht helkaklat badrum, även här med detaljer i mässing, samt med dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vardagsrummet och sovrummen har vackra, tidsenliga kakelugnar som vintertid ger en mjuk och stämningsfull värme.

Området är helt unikt i Stockholm och bjuder på en lantlig känsla, trots sin närhet till Stockholms centrum och storstadspulsen. Precis intill huset har du access till en hela 7 km lång vacker strand promenad som passerar fina parkområden, lekplatser och små mysiga badplatser, restauranger och caféer.

Att ta sig runt med cykel är en god idé. Det finns fina cyckelbanor som gör det enkelt och trivsamt att utforska omgivningen.
