Summary: Location is amazing! Close to everything & the house was clean when we arrived. There were some damaged things to address & we did that immediately. The most upsetting thing, however, is that we booked this place because we love outdoor space. They advertised a picture that looked like a very lovely patio out back. It was horrific! Overrun weeds, trash cans, right next to an extremely old & weathered, filthy furniture. Also, the queen suite advertised a balcony & made it look very pretty. There was no furniture on the balcony, so we couldn’t even use it! We are outside people & love to sit outside after a long day of sightseeing. Very upset we were not even able to do that. False advertisement!

Summary: Location was excellent. Parking was challenging but possible. The front entrance could use a handrail. Uneven steps and nothing to grasp onto.

Summary: Very clean, nice rental. My only complaint would be the number of people you can comfortably accommodate for the price, but the location is wonderfully convenient.

Summary: This house was perfect in location and layout. I would love to stay here again but, my mid is a Firstie and time in Annapolis is growing short. We loved the beds very cozy. The location cannot be beat.

Summary: The short walk to USNA was perfect for spending time with our plebe during Parent's Weekend. Just a few steps to restaurants and shops in downtown Annapolis. The house was comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children/teens.
