Negative: The apt is very hot , if you opened the windows it was very noisy from the bars opposite. A chopping board would have been useful, likewise an additional pillow.

Positive: Its clean and fits 6 people it was easy to get to it was located on the 3rd floor but it had elevator which was very handy.
Negative: We rented the place in the summer so the house was extremely hot even hotter than the temperature outside when we went out. I can imagine that it would be warm and nice in winter as the sun shines right on the apartment.
Summary: I recommend if you are considering staying there in winter

Positive: The location is great and the apartment had everything we needed. The room is exactly like in the pictures.
Negative: When I read the reviews about the toilet flushing with hot water, I found that quite amusing, but it is a real issue. It heats the whole apartment especially the bathroom to a point where it's uncomfortably hot.
