Negative: Shower head in bath tub - difficult manoeuvring with knee injury or for children & elders. No lift or promise it will be fixed…with no price adjustments accordingly. Dangerous exit to street - staircase with no handrail.

Summary: Overall good value & young Lily on reception was especially pleasant with good will.
