Summary: This was a fun and affordable place to stay. Jennifer was very sweet and prompt with communications, answering all my questions quickly. There's more room than I thought there would be. Plenty for 2 people, probably cozy for 4 but there are 2 separate bedrooms, and a separate living and dining area. Enough closet and bureau space, and more towels than I have seen outside of a department store! The Hobbit House is not new, nor is it shabby-chic, it's just not all brand new and shiny. I was only 10 mins from my niece and in a real community. I would stay here again next year.

Summary: Overall the house was nice and slept comfortably. The listing did advertise there was an ironing board and iron, which i was really depending on to iron out wrinkles to clothes needed for a memorial service. However, there was not one to be found. So, that put a monkey wrench in things. All in all, nice and quite cute little place, I would stay there again if in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: Very cute, clean & comfortable. Location was central to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we returned to area. Great attention to detail was taken while decorating the place(Hobbit house) Beds were very comfortable.

Summary: We were looking for an economical place to stay for a week while visiting friends nearby. Hobbit House fit the bill. Although we typically left the property after breakfast and didn't return until after 10:00 pm, Hobbit House has everything needed for anyone spending more time there. It is convenient to Ft. Myers and just a 30 mile drive to Sanibel.
