Positive: Location: Hongdae is a great area next to a lot of good food and nightlife. The property is super close to the station which made getting around Seoul extremely easy. There were so many great food options and lots of convenience stores nearby. Property: The apartment was super spacious compared to others I’ve stayed at in Korea. The beds were very large and there was still enough floor space to fit 2 luggages. The living room had a large table which could fit 6 people easily and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots and dishes. There’s an onsite clothes washer which was extremely helpful and the air condition worked great. The bathroom was large and the water pressure was great. Host: The host was super kind and we really enjoyed renting from her. We requested more bath towels and they arrived the next day! She was very proactive with communication and we felt so welcomed staying at this accommodation. We would 100% stay here again and we recommend this place for everyone!

Positive: The apartment is spacious and having three separate bedrooms with two teenage children was really an asset. All the facilities worked without a problem. The kitchen equipment is basic but all you need. The location is fantastic - easy to reach from the airports (three train stations from Gimpo Airport and on the direct line to Incheon) and in the middle of a vibrant environment with lots of restaurants and shops. Yet the apartment is very quiet, no noise at night. Access with a door code worked perfectly.

Negative: Kitchen equipment could be topped up a bit - some more plates and a knife would be definitely an asset for Western visitors.

Positive: Hoi House was an excellent choice for our stay in Seoul. There are 3 big bedrooms (we were 3 friends travelling together, so this was perfect for us), the house was clean, new, with a hot strong shower, a commom area and a kitchen area. The location was good too, about 7 minutes to the metro and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The host was super responsive, even late at night when we first arrived. Would definitely recommend!

Positive: It is located in the center of famous restaurants and shopping streets and is only a 3-minute walk from Hongik University Station. I slept very spacious and comfortable because the mattress on the king bed was nice. The house was very clean and the interior was impressive. The host was very friendly and immediately helpful. I will definitely come back next time!🫶
