Other Policy The garden café is currently operating a limited service for food & beverage. breakfast is continental only, grab and go breakfast can also be provided on request. full english country breakfast is served on saturdays and sundays. we also offer a small selection of hot, soft and alcoholic drinks. please contact the property for further information. we do not currently have a bar or restaurant available in the manor house building, we are able to accommodate small toy dogs (under 10kg) on request in our garden rooms only. a supplement of £20.00 per night is applicable and paid direct to the property on check in. dogs are not permitted in the club, the hayloft spa or garden café for hygiene reasons. please inform us in advance if you will be brining a dog. please note cats or any other type of pet will not be accommodated under any circumstances. guide & service dogs are exempt from this policy and charges on production of correct paperwork, the garden double rooms are located in a separate annex building and not the main manor house. not recommended for lone female travelers, children's swimming times are as follows: monday to friday 4pm to 5pm, saturday and sunday 9.30am till 10.30am and 4pm till 5pm.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, if you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the special requests box, in the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay, this property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, when booking half board, note that drinks are not included, it's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Negative: Lots of areas need a bit of TLC, especially the furniture in our deluxe suite. Our suite didn't feel deluxe although it was large and had a nice view.

Positive: I loved the happy welcome by reception lad. Easy parking. Clean massage area upstairs with very comfy chairs to relax. Calm atmosphere. My room was huge! Room 12! Over looking gardens. Garden peaceful & quiet. Lunch was delicious with polite staff. Coffee lovely with biscuits on side. My bathroom was super clean. Bed comfy and room lovely. Swimming area was quiet so had jacuzzi alone. Sauna nice. Beautiful Xmas tree still up & other light tree. Beautiful to look at especially at night. Breakfast continental was good. Clean bright Cafe. I had 1 night here to relax as I have a baby so for me it gave me what I wanted. Time to chill in peace!.

Negative: Sadly massage room was cold. 6/10 for massage. Full breakfast cold and dry sadly :( Window in room 12 was an inch open letting cold in, needs fixing. Room cold for January :( Generally needs a tidy/clean up. Could be so much more.
