The Lemon House is located 10 minutes from the center of Seville. Located in the quiet village of Castilleja de la Cuesta, this house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a magnificent terrace furnished with tables and sun loungers, is the best place for a few days of relaxation.
The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ... also, being next to a dining room with a table for 8 people. The living room is spacious, modern and has a fireplace that heats the entire room. The bathrooms are spacious and have a modern design. One with a bath and the other with a shower.
The backyard at two heights is the heart of the house. Upon entering we find a large table with details carved in the wood where you can enjoy dinner with friends and in the next part, an area with cactus and a lemon tree, reminiscent of the Zen gardens that so much peace conveys. Perfect for reading on the sunbed or reading a book relaxed.

Summary: The house is an excellent place to regroup and enjoy a quiet piece of Spain with friends. The backyard is wonderful and the house layout makes it easy to have space to be together. Seville is a 10-15 cab ride away or a longer bus ride. There are bars and restaurants around but to really "tapear" you need to go farther. Cooking was a challenge as cookware and basics were minimally supplied.. Nice place, just don't think of it as downtown Seville.

Summary: Un emplazamiento muy conveniente para visitar Sevilla, con un supermercado a escasos 100 metros y acceso rápido a la ciudad (5-6 min.). El aire acondicionado nos salvó en plena ola de calor a finales de julio. Un oasis para reponer fuerzas tras hacer turismo por la mañana y antes de volver a disfrutar de Sevilla por la noche.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Parking was great! The house was clean, spacious and great for our family of 5 for a few days. We had read the reviews regarding the ant problem in the kitchen, we did not have any food out at all and still there were ants all over the counters. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms leaked water all over before we realized this was happening, thankfully none of our belongings were damaged. I am sure this issue will be addressed as we let the management know and they were very responsive. It was very hot and we would have been happier if we were able to use the AC in that room. Besides these issues the house was really good. Thanks so much!
